Beyoncé Made a Surprise Grammys Appearance In Cowboy Couture and a Red Hot Mani

It wouldn’t be the Grammys if Beyoncé wasn’t in attendance. Though the superstar didn’t walk the 2024 Grammys red carpet alongside other stars like Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, and Ice Spice, she did show up fashionably late to support her husband, Jay-Z, for his win for the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award—of course, making sure to honor his win with a Grammy award-deserving ensemble.

Shortly after the award ceremony started, we realized Queen B snuck into the ceremony and took her seat. Then, once Jay-Z walked on stage with Blue Ivy to accept his award and deliver one of the most talked about speeches of the night, we finally got the full look at her award show attire—a Wild West-inspired outfit with her new-ish silver blonde hair and cherry red nails.

Maybe a hint to an upcoming country era, or maybe just a way to support her old friend Pharrell’s new role as Creative Director at Louis Vuitton, the star attended music’s biggest night in a fresh-off-the-runway design from the brand.

Obviously, we were most drawn to her larger-than-life cowboy hat. Nearly the exact same shade as her bright white blonde hair, the Stetson hat formed a structured shape around her head, matching the rest of the look precisely. The base layer of the outfit was a matching white button-up that was layered under a two-piece leather set. Both mini skirt and jacket matched in design; the black leather pieces were studded with silver beads in a checkered formation from top to bottom—finishing off her outfit with a silver studded bow tie and black pointy heels, some jewelry, and a bedazzled grill.

However, the true finishing touch? Bright cherry red nails. Whereas most on the red carpet as of late have been opting for short dark red nails, Queen B decided long, pointy and bright red was more the way to go. The most colorful part of the whole ensemble, the star paired her LV look with long almond-shaped nails in the classic cherry shade.
